Looking forward into 2015, it seems as good a time as any to resolve to make some simple, manageable changes to one’s life.
1. get reading... more. Don’t know what to read more of? Talk to your friends, teachers you have, parents and neighbours and, barring those suggestions, check out reviews online. We have a great goodreads account that is well worth investigating. All books reviewed are in the school library – we promise.
2. be active… purposefully. Get outside and take advantage of the weather we have and the activities that are right in our own backyard. Or, head to a swimming pool, a gym, or a yoga studio. Whether with indoor or outdoor pursuits, staying fit is for the body as well as the mind.
Simple. Realistic. Manageable. Add as you see fit.
